Very impressive product

From ease of set up to reliability the Orbi is a great wireless booster. The sleek look is stunning and the Armor scans notify of suspicious activity. I should have bought this much sooner.

Good except for bugs w/ parental controls

We like the overall system, but had issues with bugs coming from upgraded parental controls software. Once fixed, system was fine.

Keeps disconnecting smart home bulbs

I constantly have to reboot the router so it will reconnect our smart light bulbs so we can use them from the Google Home app.

Mostly problem free

We have mostly enjoyed our Orbi system. We went Over 2 years without having any issues at all. The past few months we have had random signal drops. Sometimes one a week, sometimes multiple per day. Customer service is very basic, so I’ve been troubleshooting myself. We are currently at a stable position ( no drops in 5 days ). Hopefully this stability continues because I really do love Titus product.
