Easy and Effective

We've struggled with dead spots for years in our home. A techie friend recommended we get a mesh WiFi system. We did some research and kept coming back to the Orbi. That was a great decision. I was able to set it up myself easily and we were up and running with no dead spots in less than an hour. The only reason it took that long was because I couldn't get the 2nd satellite to sync right away'”ended up that I just wasn't being patient enough'”it just needed a little time. Great purchase

Great for our dense apartment building!

We live in an New York City apartment building (VERY crowded Wifi traffic), and had already upgraded to a stronger router to cover our whole 1-bedroom apartment. That router did pretty well but still not consistent. The Orbi is amazing -- I set up the main one in the corner of the cabinet, and the satellite in the FAR corner of the apartment (where normally it's hard to get any signal) -- and they established a strong connection between the two!! So now we have great wifi over the whole apartment.

Perfect solution

I purchased Orbi because I had spotty WiFi coverage (even using 2 range extenders) in my 5,000+ sqft home. Orbi reaches the furthest points In my home with a strong signal. I can now watch HD TV in my basement and even get a good signal in my backyard. My home is 100 years old, but Orbi has no trouble going through plaster and even concrete. I suggested Orbi to a few friends and they all agree that it is a great product. Installation was easy and only took 10 minutes. It really is a perfect solution.

Great Buy - Saved my marriage

For a long time my wife, and two daughters (12 and 8) had complained about the wifi. So on Black Friday I got Orbi. I turns out I had too many devices fighting for primacy of my router extender st the other end of the house. With the main Orbi and one extender, I became a hero, as all the devices: 4 iPads, two laptops, one printer, one smart tv and the occasional visitor can be logged into the network without problems. I have not heard a complaint since. Installing Orbi was easy.Definitely worth it!

Very Excellent

Ironically, FiOS's gigabit router is less powerful than the Actiontec router. So it doesn't cover my whole house; it also seems to drop out here and there. Adding in NETGEAR's Orbi Router (as an Access Point) and Satellite gives me coverage throughout my entire 2500 square foot house (the signal isn't as strong in some parts of my basement, but it's still pretty good down there). My Nest Thermostat E works much better, too. I've only had my Orbi system for less than a month but, so far, I'm lovin' it.

I was looking to extend the range of my home's WiFi, having used an Airport system for quite a while. Well, was showing it's age and not keeping up with the speed of cable modem upgrades (at least not at Express repeaters). I did a little research, and the dedicated backhaul of the Orbi caught my attention. Costco had a 3-pack (router +2 satellites) that I picked up. Now, my whole house from basement to bedroom is enjoying the full speed of the cable internet. My wife seems quite happy about this.

Amazing coverage

As we prepare to move across the street, I needed WIFI at the new house during the remodel. I purchased the NETGEAR Orbi High-Performance AC3000 Tri-Band WiFi System, installed the router, placed one satellite in the front window of my house, the other satellite in the front window across the street. Even in the back of the house across the street, I had amazing coverage and speeds just like my wired connection directly to my router. Orbi all the way from now on! Nothing else in the future for me!

Best mesh WiFi system out there

This system is great! Super easy to set up, VERY powerful antennas. Only took the router and 1 satellite to reach my entire 3,000 sqft house, garage, apartment above the garage and my entire yard, front and back. The units are attractive, though we have them hidden. Ability to set up a guest network is a plus, being able to pausing the internet on individual devices is really cool and the integration with Disney's Circle is really nice. I really can't say enough good things about this mesh system.
