Fantastic!

Been using a ASUS AC1300 router for the last year seemed to loose the internet once a week frustrating to say the least! This Orbi with one satellite is really impressive!! Have a 2200 sq ft single story with full basement I now have internet a good 200ft outside the house even on the backside of a metal pole barn! This is one fantastic piece of equipment and worth the $$! Don't take my word for it... try one you won't be disappointed!!

Quick and easy setup

I always dread setting up a new Wi-Fi router. I have bad memories from when they were first introduced and how complicated and hard to figure out all the settings were.
But this Orbi system couldn't have been easier.
I now have full coverage all the way out to my detached shop where I needed high speeds for streaming video for my home theater setup out there. I had an extremely weak signal before. Now, no problem.
Highly recommended.

Orbi AC3000

Xfinity wi-fi was not performing acceptably (12-15mbps) so I purchased a modem and the AC3000 2-unit system. It was in place an providing download rates of 68-70mbps within 15 minutes of opening the box. The satellite unit placed about 50 feet from the home unit provides excellent service throughout the rest of the house and basement (up to 45mbps whereas Xfinity was doing only 5-6mbps). One of the best technology purchases I have ever made!

Streaming made easy

Purchased to cut the cable cord and Orbi eliminated the blue buffering circles from my family. Our prior wireless router would not support two TV's and now we're able to have 4 TV's and 3 laptops, 4 cell phones without any issues or buffering delays. The Orbi was simple to setup, only took a few minutes and the performance has been awesome. We returned all of our cable boxes and now watching tv through the Orbi with no buffering issues.

Tri-band Perfection

Purchased the Orbi to replace dual Asus RT-AC5300 setup. I needed a Wi-Fi mesh setup that will match the performance of my high end router and indeed it does! Not only do I get 250+MBPs, I can also roam around the house with a single SSID. I also integrated Disney's Circles to filter contents for the kids and works great! You add the user, add device(s) and filter contents either by app or custom filters. I'm definitely sold on Netgear products!

Very Pleased So Far

I just installed the Orbi router with the two satellites. The system works quite well. We have great reception throughout our adobe brick house, and the satellite that I placed in our laundry room outside sends a very strong signal to a studio apartment that we have above our detached garage. So the reception there is excellent, too. In fact, we even get a good signal about two hundred feet from our house beyond the garage. So far, so good!

Outstanding Mesh Router

Had been looking at a mesh router setup for a while and had been going back and forth between Netgear Orbi and the Linksys mesh router. Decided on the Orbi after reading loads of web sites and blogs as well as watching videos. Glad I picked the Orbi as setup was quick and painless to convert from my old system and the coverage is fantastic. The Ring cameras work way better than they did on on the old wifi router. I highly recommend the Orbi.

I purchased the Orbi 2 pack and it was the best update in years. I have triple the wifi coverage. Faster and reliable internet for my entire home. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting larger home coverage. All of my devices have been connected and no slow down signal due to multiple device usages at the same time. The investment is worth every penny. I depend on the internet for work, research, and personal use. 5 stars for high performance.
