AC3000 Tri-Band WiFi review

Extremely simple to setup. Extended my Wi-Fi range even further than advertised. I live in a 4500 square foot house and the signal strength is perfect and unbroken as I move around all parts of the house. The range was extended beyond even what was advertised. I live on a 0.3 acre plot and I can actually walk outside across the street to my neighbors driveway and I still have a strong signal. Worth every penny.

Finally the right solution

We live off the grid on the North Shore of Maui . Our Eco Retreat welcomes guests from allover the world, Getting a good wifi reception is crucial to our guests, however for years we were not able to provide a good wifi service.... till Orbi arrived. Our guests are happy and we are relieved no longer to have the guests sitting on our porch to read their messages. Thank you for such a great tool. Aloha from Maui

This was very easy to set up and it increased wifi coverage throughout our 5,000 sqft home (2 floors + basement) . My 13 year old son told me there is no more lag when he is playing on his Xbox or Playstation which h is set up in the basement. My 17 year old daughter confirmed that she no longer has issues streaming movies on her iPhone or on the Firestick. I would recommend this router to my family and friends.

Easy Setup, Great Coverage, Powerful WiFi

The Orbi AC3000 was super easy to set up and covers the entire house. The satellites are big, but the coverage is fantastic. We get full signal in all corners of the house now. Unfortunately I've had a bad migraine every single day that it's been plugged in. I turned it off for a couple days and they went away. So because it's so powerful, those with electro-sensitivity might want to choose a lower-power option.

Just awesome

I have nothing but good things to say about this router. It has great range, and I have a 2500 sqft house. Every area in the house has a good signal. The app is wonderful. It allows you to give precedence to more important devices. Also, you can turn off device that aren't being used that way you can have more signal on other devices. It's a bit pricey but if you need signal range then this is the way to go

Very useful in our two-story brick house

We have a two-story brick house with a finished basement. We used to have areas in our house that were dead zones and installing Orbi helped us alleviate the problem. We also have a Ring doorbell and Ring floodlights, but they used to not get signals or alerts in parts of the house. Thanks to Orbi now that is better too. With 5 smart TVs, 5 smart phones and laptops and with Orbi the buffering problems are solved!

Killer WiFi

This system is really incredible! We have fiber internet and with my apple time capsule we weren't getting wireless speeds anywhere near what we were getting with an Ethernet connection. Now with the Orbi system we get speeds over 150 anywhere in the house and we have a two story 4000 sq. ft. house. Pretty incredible! I don't know what else I could ask for. Ease of use is ridiculous and they even look cool.

FINALLY! A SOLUTION THAT WORKS!!

This covers my entire house and I can even get full wifi reception on our wrap around deck by the pool. It was easy to setup and it looks slick to boot. I also love the app and how it allows you to reboot the system remotely, update it, check the status, see what's connected to your network and control access to each individual thing.
I got the recommendation from wirecutter and the price was worth it for me.
