Steadily improved my hearing in just three weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by the small size, lightweight and almost invisible appearance of this hearing aid. I studied the instructions and well written user manual. That preparation greatly enhanced my understanding and expectations.
Over the course of three weeks I learned how to use the various features while my brain adapted to new and rich sounds. Gradually my brain relearned sounds I had not heard for decades. In time and with the help of
settings for different sound environments I could hear mixed conversations even with background noise.
The behind the ear unit is reliable and durable. I dropped it a few times and it still works fine. They charge quickly too. I experimented with different size tips to eliminate whistling. That worked fine and the tips are easy to switch.
Overall I am impressed and happy with this hearing aid. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend trying a pair.

Good entry level aid at an affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These behind the ear hearing aids are a good start to help restore minor hearing loss. The instructions are well written and easy to understand on how to use and adjust the settings. There are 3 different size cones to find the most comfortable fit. They are easy to put in and take out. It does take time to get adjusted to them if you’ve never worn hearing aids before, but that’s not a deal breaker, especially at the price point. The only cons I found was that some settings sound ‘microphony’ and the plastic strip to take them out could be a little shorter.

Good sound quality & easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are rechargeable, noise reducing hearing aids. They come with a charging – storage case, charging cord, three different ear tip sizes, and instruction manual. I found these hearing aids simple to set up. Just fully charge them (little over 2 hours), switch to the correct ear tip size, if needed, place in the ears, turn them on and they are ready to use. It may not seem fair to compare these to my expensive hearing aids, but I think they can stand up to the critique.
Sound. Quality: it is slightly tinnier on these than on my prescription hearing aids, but it's still natural sounding. It's easy to distinguish various voice tones. When music is too loud in movies – TV, if the voices are too soft, I have a difficult time picking out the dialogue. However, that also happens, but to a lesser extent, with my prescription hearing aids. They are good for hearing dialogue on tv-movies, when in a restaurant, outdoors, or listening to music or audio books. They are a solid performer.
The only time I had any squealing or feedback is when the ear became blocked such as turning your head into a cushion. This is typical for any hearing aid because the sound waves bounce back causing feedback. The wrong size ear tip can also cause squealing.
Simplicity: I like that these are kept simple with only two buttons. The on/off and the volume/program control. The volume control increases or decreases the Volume and there are six different levels. It also changes the hearing program between normal, restaurant, outdoor, and music. I felt the restaurant and outdoor modes were very similar but different enough from the normal mode that it was worth switching.
Comfort: I found them very comfortable to wear all day. I use the small tips but unfortunately one of the end pieces fell off shortly after switching them. Not the entire ear tip, just the very end of it. So I did have to switch out to the medium tips which are not as comfortable for me.
Battery life: these easily got me through a 12-hour day and still had several hours worth of battery time left.
Quality: I can't really speak about the quality at as I have only been using these for a few days shy of 3 weeks but nothing on them feels cheap. With the exception of the replaceable tip and that broke off. These appear to be good quality.
Warranty: they come with a 1-year warranty.
Overall, I think these are strong performing and user-friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Great quality for reasonable price

I have worn expensive hearing aids for years and these match or exceed the quality with the exception of Bluetooth compatibility. You do have to turn them off to charge which is another step for me. Overall-great quality for very reasonable price.

Simple hearing aid
