Very comfortable and you don't get any background noise

No feedback or whistling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Ceretone OTC hearing aids are extremely powerful! They're easy to turn on and off with a flip of a button as well as adjusting the volume. Trust me when I say that volume level one....is exceptionally LOUD! (There is 6 settings for volume)
The 4 settings ie: normal, restaurants, music and outdoor are great options.
I can definitely notice a difference in a restaurant because it drowns out background noise and the conversations at the table stay as the highlight.
The outside setting definitely elaborated birds singing, bees buzzing and dogs barking a half a mile up the road while on level one for volume.
I saw live music and the setting for this was different because it really kept focus on the music and not so much the crowd. I thought that was REALLY impressive. Speaking with friends and my husband during the music was ok too. No feedback or whistling happened. Bravo!!
The normal setting was good for in the house and normal conversations. I had 7 people over just to see how it was in a group...and it was excellent. I didn't miss a beat with multiple people speaking at once. I could also hear my husband in his office (not clearly) but I was at the other end of the house and I wasn't quite sure what I was hearing at first until I got closer. I almost fell over hearing something from THAT far away!!
I really couldn't tell that they were in exept for the fact I could hear and this is a blessing. They didn't bother my ears, they're hardly noticeable and stayed in place without any issues. When you put them in, each one chirps a different tone briefly so you know it's activated. That's a bonus right there!! They are well made and seem quite durable.
The set-up comes with the charging station, charging cord, different size tips, and a cleaning tool. Everything you need to get started. They didn't take very long to charge either.
I am very happy to have these and definitely recommend them to anyone who's insurance might not cover hearing aids. They are a step in the right direction for those in need.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable aide I have worn. The sound is crystal clear especially in a nosy atmosphere. They last long on a single charge-3 days for me. The controls are easy to adjust with volume is perfect.

Some pluses some minuses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Ceretone over the ear hearing aids, I was excited to try. I wore them for several hours even though annoyed by the stiffness of the wires. The hearing aids wires are bent in permanent position that are not the shape of my ears. The retention wire is nearly impossible to keep in my ears. The plus side, I have mild hearing lose, so using the extra small earbuds fit into my ears perfectly and the I could hear like never before. The sound was crystal clear. I had no issues having a conversation outside with a lawnmower in the distance. I could talk to my husband with the TV on and could hear both. That was day one, the batteries lasted all day without recharging. I did put them in the charging case overnight. Next morning they were dead. I assumed I positioned them wrong. So the let of charge all day and night. The second time wearing them it seemed like half the sound perfection was cut in half. The next day I could hear even less, I kept turning them up. But voices and voice in a restaurant were all muffled. I could not hear the person across from me. When I went to a doctor appointment, walking down a hallway the hearing aids would screech so loud I had to yank them out. They continued to screech around any florescent light. I had to put back in the case to silence them. They seemed to lose what I could hear a little less every day. I wish they could be made so the sound clarity I experienced on day one would stay the same. I still wear them when watching TV, I have no issues with noise or voices and don’t have to blast the TV to hear clearly.

Great for simple low cost

The portable fast charging case is very convenient. I will say in busy environments the background noise is still amplified. Not great for severe hearing loss.
