The sound is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this hooked up to our new 98" tv purchased together. Great sound, love the wireless rear speakers...only thing had this hooked up with hdmi cable. After 4 months , just quit, so called company...said try a new hdmi cable, no luck, so it works with Bluetooth, but disappointed that hdmi quit and no solution. Does not work wifi either.

You can try performing a hard reset.
With Remote:
Turn soundbar off
Press power on soundbar 5 – 10 seconds
Release the power button once you see INT or RESET on the soundbar’s LED panel
Wait for the soundbar to turn back on then it should return to default settings.
With Remote:
Power Off Soundbar
Hold Play/Pause button on the remote for about 5 – 10 seconds
Release the button once you see INT or RESET on the soundbar’s LED panel
Power on soundbar and repair to your TV
Without remote
Turn on soundbar
Press and hold the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on the soundbar at the same time for about 5 – 10 seconds
Release when you see LED say INT or RESET
Wait for soundbar to reboot

The sound is big, clear, and fills the whole room, whether I’m watching movies, playing games, or streaming music. The rear speakers and height effects make everything feel more immersive, and the new subwoofer still packs a punch without taking up too much space. It’s easy to use, connects well with all my devices, and really upgrades my daily entertainment.

Home Theater nirvana

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the HW-Q990F to go with my Samsung TV. Set up was simple. Plug it it and quick config in the App and away to went. Did nothave to sync the rear speakers or Subwoofer. It automatically did that. The Q Symphony connection with the TV was seemless and works great. We have watched a few movies, TV shows, and PS5 gaming and they all sound amazing. Only feedback is that I wished we could pair a second subwoofer to the system and the whole room would shake. Otherwise it is a perfect addition and replacement for home theater separates.

One of the best soundbars ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of them: one for my bedroom sitting area and the other for my living room. They connect very easily with wifi or bluetooth. They provide a rich sound that fill up the whole room. I also, use them as smart speakers with activated Alexa. And also with Alexa, I can use them to turn the TV on and off using voice commands. Overall, I love my soundbars, and I won’t trade them with anything else. Then again, there isn’t anything else that I came across that would what they do.
