The sound is fantastic. The clarity is crisp and balanced, and the bass is deep without sounding muddy or overpowering. Music sounds great, movies feel more immersive, and even everyday listening feels like a big upgrade compared to other products I’ve used.
One thing that really impressed me was the calibration feature. The setup walked me through the process and it quickly adjusted the sound for my space. After calibration, everything sounded even more balanced and full. It honestly felt like it fine-tuned the system perfectly for the room.
Connectivity was quick and easy, and I had everything paired in just a few minutes. I haven’t experienced any connection issues at all, which is something I really appreciate since I use it daily.
Overall, I’m an extremely satisfied customer. This product performs exactly the way you hope it will, and it’s clear the company puts real effort into quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sound and easy setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two music frames to connect to my hw900sound bar to give me me to the q surround sound that the Samsung rep said I would get but my Neo led 85" will only support the sound har or one music frame . DISAPIONTED FOR WHAT I intended them for!

Here are a few more troubleshooting steps to try:
Make sure that both Music Frames are connected to the same Wi-Fi network that your TV and soundbar are using via the SmartThings app.
Open your TV settings and select "Sound → Sound Output"
Then select "Q-Symphony" → Enter "Q-Symphony Setup"
From here you have the option to choose the Music Frame's position and play the optimized sound according to it's position.

Seamless connectivity with the rear speakers and subwoofer and sound clarity is mindblowing. Calibration is also very seamless. Overall a great sound system. Definitely worth the price tag and another great addition to my Samsung ecosystem.

Great Sound - Simple Set Up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happen to catch this item on sale and after a web search found all reviews quite positive. So I took the plunge. Never have I been so pleased. Didn't take more that 40 minutes at most setting it up. Speakers, subwoofer and satellite rear are bluetooth powered they work beautifully and I had to do only minor adjustments. Sound bar is excellent. Those looking for a nice surround system go nor further.
