[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q990F is easily one of the best soundbar systems I’ve ever used. From setup to everyday use, it delivers a premium experience that genuinely elevates movies, music, and gaming.
The sound quality is where this system really shines. The combination of the main bar, subwoofer, and rear speakers creates a full, immersive soundstage with crisp dialogue, detailed highs, and deep, punchy bass. Dolby Atmos performance is fantastic — height effects feel believable, and surround separation is extremely clear, making action scenes and atmospheric soundtracks come alive.
What impressed me most is how balanced everything is. Even at lower volumes, the Q990F maintains clarity and richness, and when you turn it up, it fills the room without distortion. The adaptive sound mode is also surprisingly smart, automatically optimizing audio depending on what’s playing.
Setup is simple, and the wireless connectivity for the subwoofer and rears works flawlessly. The unit also has plenty of features: HDMI eARC, 4K passthrough, great app controls, and smooth integration with Samsung TVs. It feels like Samsung designed it to be as user-friendly as possible.
Overall, the Samsung Q990F is a powerhouse home audio system that justifies its price. If you want theater-quality sound in your living room with minimal hassle, this soundbar is absolutely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with the LG G7 tv but the LG sound bar was lackluster. I bought the Samsung q series and it absolutely kicks butt! I’ll upload a picture. It’s not with the G7 because I wanted to test it out in my basement since there was already a soundbar mount down there before drilling a new one in upstairs.

Better than at the theater!

I didn't realize how great of a difference the upward and side speakers can make. The Space Fit feature is a game changer. The quality of the speakers and rumble of the woofer make this sound bar system sound better than a movie theater. 10/10 would recommend.
