Crisp, powerful sound that fills the entire room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a lot of different soundbars over the years, but the Samsung Q990F is the first one that genuinely impressed me the moment it powered on. The sound is crisp, powerful, and surprisingly clean even at higher volumes. You can hear every detail no matter where you’re standing or sitting in the room, which is something most systems claim but rarely deliver. The rear speakers actually create a real surround effect instead of just throwing noise behind you, and the sub hits hard without drowning out dialogue.
Setup was simple. After it paired with my Samsung TV, the Q‑Symphony feature made everything feel more connected, like the TV and soundbar were working together instead of separately. Wireless Dolby Atmos also surprised me — movies feel bigger, more immersive, and more detailed without needing a complicated setup. Plus normal TV shows sound clearer and more balanced, makes you feel almost like your there.
If I had to mention anything, it’s that the system takes up a little space, but once you hear it, that won’t matter. This is one upgrade you notice immediately, it’s hard to imagine going back to anything else after hearing it.

Samsung Q series Soundbar
on December 28, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have replaced a Pioneer amplifier and on wall mounted speakers with this Samsung speaker system and initially was skeptical that it could handle all of the demands previously run/through the amp. It has proven to be a reasonable substitute with family friendly aesthetics that is simple to use. In addition and perhaps as a bonus, Dolby atmos is included. Overall, good bass from the subwoofer and decent sound from the rear channels and the soundbar.
