Disappointment with input

I was exited when I bought this little projector. I liked the quality and I was easy to use as its interface looked and sounded like my home TVs. However, I was completely confused on Samsungs input choices. They only give you the input option of micro HDMI; not standard HDMI and no USB. I cannot use my external drives as they are USB. Seriously, who uses solely micro HDMI? I’ve rarely seen micro HDMI on anything. What a waste as now I have to return and look for something else. What a disappointment. Samsung, why not just a standard HDMI input?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is easy to set up. I use it with mg computer at school to display lecture material and videos. We have also streamed Netflix with ease. So far it has been a neat little extra TV to have around the house that is mobile and easy to move around.

OK Projector - Was Expecting More for the Price

This device has some issues yet and I ended up returning it. My main issues were that the wifi card was very weak and things kept loading. The projector also kept randomly turning off. I tried resetting device to factory defaults and made no difference at all. I might have gotten a defective device but the brightness was not great for a room with sunlight in it and for the price I was expecting a lot more. The main reason for picking this one was that it had Netflix on it without having to add anything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great hardware

The hardware in this is solid, the image looks great in the dark, gets about as washed in the light as my old projector. The issue i have is with the apps and controlls, which is kinda crucial as there's only one micro hdmi port on the device. The controlls for the menues are slow and have about 1 sec of delay on them. Also there's no way to force close an app if it's having issues other than disconnecting the device from power.

HDMI - No Signal

Hmmm... It is very difficult to connect my PS5 and Nintendo Switch to this projector using a micro hdmi. I have spent a few hours troubleshooting, watching videos and reading articles hoping I will be able to figure it out, but nothing happened. I have turned off and on the projector and consoles a couple times to see if they will connect but still nothing happened. The projector / hdmi function could not detect the consoles and signal. I am very disappointed.

It's amazing. My kids use it every day. I also bought and used 1G, but this version has upgraded many functions. Storage capacity has increased and function operation has been accelerated.

When I purchased this a few weeks ago it was an impulse buy. I truly didn't think it would have much use in my home other than some occasional entertainment. From the second I turned the lights off and started up a Netflix show I was mesmerized. I've never owned a projector before and was really astounded by the picture quality. Navigating the menus and apps was a breeze as I also own the QN800B TV. The possibilities for gaming are also exciting. I had discovered my old SNES while helping a family member move. Lying back on my bed and playing Chrono Trigger on the ceiling was the most intense nostalgia I've felt in years. I'm extremely satisfied with this impulse buy and will be for some time to come.
