Even better than I had hoped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image is perfectly clear and the auto keystone adjustment is a game changer. No need to fiddle around adjusting anything. Just point it at a wall and you have the perfect viewing angle everytime!

Really Disappointed

So disappointing. In less than a year, my system started to go in and out, showing square pixels, no picture, like the other review stated. Now just wont even turn on and you hear a beeping from the power plug. It was amazing until it lasted, but wow. This amount of money for it to go bad in a year, and to have gently used it (not my main screen) as it was in my bedroom. I will be trying to get a replacement as it’s just over a year. Luckily I have all of the original packaging as I’ve heard I may have an issue down the road. Just didn’t expect it this soon.

The brightness sucks

We appreciate your feedback on The Freestyle 2nd Gen’s brightness. If the image appears too dim, please first ensure your unit is running the latest firmware, as updates may include picture quality enhancements: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

If brightness is still not to your preference, try adjusting the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
• Dynamic: Brighter and clearer for well-lit spaces
• Standard: Default mode for general viewing
• Movie: Ideal for darker rooms

For more control, you can also fine-tune your image settings under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

​I am writing this review with tears in my eyes, and I hope whoever reads this knows how much this gesture truly meant to my family.
​I moved to this country nine years ago, and while I have grown stronger through every challenge, this holiday season has been particularly difficult. I recently finished a long-term work project and have been struggling to find a new role. With my husband currently unable to work due to immigration hurdles, I am the sole provider for our household.
​During the Black Friday sales, I bought a Samsung TV. To be honest, given our tight finances, it felt like an irresponsible purchase—but I have always been a "Samsung person." I’ve worked for the company in the past (and hope to again soon), and every appliance in my home carries that logo because I trust the quality.
​The projector you sent as a gift didn't just arrive in a box; it arrived as a miracle.
​Because of our situation, there were no gift exchanges in our house this year. Our Christmas dinner was very modest. We felt the weight of a hard year pressing down on us. But when we set up the projector upstairs, everything changed. We laid out blankets, made a big bowl of popcorn, and turned our room into a cinema. We watched two movies in a row, laughing and forgetting our worries for a few hours.
​It was the only gift my family received, and it turned out to be the best Christmas gift we could have asked for. It gave us a moment of peace and togetherness when we needed it most.
​Thank you, Samsung, for your generosity. You didn't just send a product; you saved our Christmas and gave a tired provider a reason to smile again.

Great for the RV

We bought this for our RV. Works awesome! Would be great if Samsung offered a ceiling mount, I had one built by a buddy with a 3D printer.

Iam very happy with this projector.

I bought it 2 months ago and I'm very pleased with the design and controls. The battery I purchased with it and it lasts around 3 hours. Great picture during night but during daylight hours it's not usable. You need a darker room or evening use only. I tried it out from different distances and honestly it can project more than 100" screen. I got it up to 200" with a great picture still. I wish it would be water resistant that would be something that will be a major Plus on this product. But the colors are vibrant, the sound is great for what it is and if you don't like the sound you can always connect Bluetooth speakers to it. But because you cannot really use it during daylight I will give it four stars. But the overall quality I love it.

I have had mine for 1 year and now when we turn it on we just get a pixels screen. No picture just pixel squares. Have tried everything on line to fix.
