Perfect Projector!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The projector mirrors the Samsung TV features and is easy to set-up and operate. Great quality and easy to pack and travel with if needed. The Samsung external battery was not purchased only due to the bad reviews and recommend obtaining an after market external battery or set it up where you can plug it into an electrical outlet.

Great Portable Projector for Family and Studio Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung The Freestyle for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how clear and vibrant the image looks. Even at 100 inches, the picture remains sharp and bright, with colors that really pop—something I honestly didn’t expect from a projector this compact.
I currently have it installed in my studio, and it’s become a favorite spot for my kids to watch movies. They love the big-screen feel, and I love that I can easily move it around when needed. The setup is incredibly simple—just plug it in, point it at a wall, and it automatically adjusts the focus and angle perfectly every time.
Another thing I appreciate is how lightweight and portable it is. Whether I’m moving it from the studio to the living room or taking it on a trip, it fits in a small bag and sets up in minutes. The sound quality is surprisingly good for its size, and when paired with an external speaker, it feels like a true theater experience.
Overall, The Freestyle combines style, portability, and great performance in one small package. It’s perfect for family movie nights, creative setups, or anyone who wants a big, clear image without the hassle of a bulky projector. Absolutely worth the 5 stars!

Very well designed, but just not bright enough

Loved everything about it, but even in total darkness, it is too dim when larger than about 60" diag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If brightness is still not to your preference, try adjusting the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
• Dynamic: Brighter and clearer for well-lit spaces
• Standard: Default mode for general viewing
• Movie: Ideal for darker rooms
For more control, you can also fine-tune your image settings under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Very good quality and lighting! If you wonder “is it usable in the day time” yes it is!

Freestyle projector worth it

Lan at a buddies house cool ill bring my own tv and ps5 play it right off the wall. When i go to the beach or camping i put a screen attached with magnets on my car then watch movies at night. Endless free movies with samsung tv.
