[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't want a big TV cuz I might be moving this puts out the same quality as a 1080p TV You just need a white background I have not tried a black background but it depends on the paint you have on the wall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Forget bulky projectors tethered to media players and tangled cables. The Samsung Freestyle 2nd Gen arrives as a beacon of liberated, intelligent projection, promising cinema-quality experiences wherever you desire. After spending significant time with it, I can confidently say it largely delivers on that promise, offering a uniquely portable, smart, and seamlessly integrated experience that feels genuinely futuristic – especially if you're already nestled within Samsung's ecosystem. While not without a minor caveat, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a standout purchase for the modern, mobile user.
1. Unmatched Portability & Effortless Setup: The "Pouch-Friendly" Revolution
The most immediate and impactful win for the Freestyle Gen 2 is its sheer portability. Samsung hasn't just made a small projector; they've engineered a lifestyle device. The compact, cylindrical design feels incredibly robust yet lightweight. The game-changer? It truly is "pouch-friendly." Sliding it into a standard-sized backpack compartment or even a large tote bag feels natural, not like you're cramming in fragile tech. This liberates the projector from the confines of the living room. Check Presentations projected onto a blank wall in a meeting room? Check. Camping trips under the stars? Absolutely check. The included fabric pouch is stylish and protective, but the real magic is how easily it fits into your existing carry solutions.
Maybe someone can help me but I've only used this a handful of times and it was awesome. Last time I used it was probably over a year ago and I just recently tried to use it and nothing will work. It won't do anything. Even from the power button on the device itself, can anyone help.
