[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty satisfied with how quickly I got relief. I suffer from headaches daily and in less than 10 minutes I could feel the intensity of my headache diminish. Can’t wait to see the long term effects using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fibromyalgia and struggle to find any relief at all. This product is nothing short of amazing. I use it for about an hour before bed and sleep better than I have in quite a while. I don't find that it hurts at all - if anything it's a "good" discomfort that relaxes my muscles and helps to break up the knots I have. I love that you get a mat and a pillow - the pillow is great for head/neck and also for feet. I find the most relief putting the mat on a chair or on the couch and leaning/sitting on it vs. laying on the ground with it. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. For the price it is well worth a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I thought- oh wow this hurts- forget it. A couple weeks later I tried again because my neck pain was keeping me awake. Once you get past the initial 2 min it begins to relax you. Now I am sleeping well and can't wait to use it!
