An excellent tool

Can’t wait to add this to my nightly routine for extra relaxation. It takes a few minutes to overcome to initial (somewhat painful) sensation, but then my body adapts and relaxes into it.

Several members of my family, and I, have tried it for various aches and headache, and have found relief. Try it more than once! It’s quite helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure what to expect, but really like the mat and pillow. I've used the pillow a few more times than the mat, because it's so easy to just prop on the couch and relieve a little tension. The plastic points ARE very sharp, but once you settle in you get used to it and it feels great. (The instructions say this, but it does work more effectively if your bare skin is on the mat/pillow, versus wearing a shirt.)
