[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I relaxed, it felt pretty good. I haven't tried the mat yet. I have only done the pillow on my nerve damaged neck. Haven't done it regularly enough to know if it helps with pain symptoms. I have faith that it will help. Just need to fit it into the schedule.

The mat can be very uncomfortable, especially the first few times laying on it.
After using the mat and pillow for 3 weeks, I cannot get comfortable. I will be returning the products.
