Step up from my old Acushakti!

I have an autoimmune condition and struggle with chronic pain and fatigue and this mat definitely helps with that. I had an old Acushakti mat that my dog had gotten to LOL, but this mat is not only bigger (1-2 more rows of pokers (? - not sure what the proper term is), but the game-changer is the PILLOW!! If you hold tension in your neck/the base of your skull like I do, this is FABULOUS to help relieve the pain and tightness. And to top it all off, the set comes with a handy little tote to store everything in. Such a great little set. Highly recommend for general pain-relief and wellness!

Interesting pain relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure how to use this set as I thought it would be the size of a yoga mat. However, the pillow came in handy because I was able to elevate my feet while using it. At first, it was a little painful but I got use to the tiny pricking feeling. I am not sure if it help my foot pain much but it didn’t make it worse.

I'm feeling it ~ ~ circulation booster

It was a gradual process, but worth it. First time lasted only 6 seconds. Then 30 seconds. Then two minutes. Then five minutes, which admittedly takes some effort. But now I love it.
