Oddly relaxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it is pretty spikey, once you get yourself situated it just kind of calms and relaxes you. I feel like you would have to be willing to lay on it for a good amount of time to see good benefits from it, but it’s definitely worth a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoa... First impression it gave a little offgassing but that subsided quickly once out of the package. Was very strange using one of these mats as I've never used one before.
The recommended start time is 10-20 mins and I just made it to 10. It was kind of hard to get on and off but after getting off, I kind of feel looser if that makes sense. I've been having neck and back pain and it feels pretty ok now. Will have to keep using it to see if it works but so far so good! Would recommend giving a try... It's hard to manage pain and this could be a nice holistic way to do that.
Bonus for having a carrying case to put it away, it fit together perfectly!

At first, the experience was uncomfortable, as the spikes are quite sharp. However, after a few minutes, I easily adapted to the sensation and even began to find it pleasurable. The mat and pillow are incredibly easy to use at home—you can lie down on them or even use them while sitting in a chair. The mat also stimulates blood flow, which has increased my energy levels and improved circulation—especially beneficial for someone with a sedentary lifestyle like mine. The pillow, in particular, has been great for alleviating tension headaches by applying pressure to the neck and head, reducing the intensity and frequency of my headaches.
While it’s not a substitute for professional medical treatment for serious conditions, it’s an absolutely valuable addition to anyone’s wellness routine. Best Acupressure portable set !
