It’s really great set

I have been dealing with soreness, pain and stiffness. It does give me the relaxation that I need when I use the mat and pillow set. It made with natural coconut fiber filling which is made it better.

Multi-purpose mat set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On one side of the mat and pillow are acupuncture spikes that once you lay on, it helps relieve various symptoms including soreness. It’s not super intense since you use your own body weight. The other side comes without spikes and can be used for floor exercises like sit-ups.

So relaxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really didn’t know what to expect from this but I tried it out. Layed on it for 20 minutes. The spikes were not painful at all and I can say I feel so much better after. I also loved that it has the pillow and a bag to carry it all in.

Strange!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something out of my comfort zone. It is definitely not comfortable once you first use it. I’ve only tried once or twice, so I do not know how effective it is. I can’t get past the hardness. And as for pain relief will have to keep trying to see.
