This product is truly amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is incredible, with it I have been able to track my day-to-day general health, my steps, my calories expended and track my sleep so I have all my energy for my next day of work. The user experience is wonderful, the quality is excellent, I have told my friends about it and they were all delighted with the watch. Combined with galaxy AI I can surpass myself and have the latest technology at hand.

Health & Fitness Improved

Pretty much daily exercise (non competitive) and have had every version of the watch since the Gear S3. I Bike, Run, Weight Training, Cross Training at least 30min a day. I have the S24 Ultra phone.
The new sensors and software are definitely an upgrade from 6.
GPS is much improved.
Heart rate sensor is improved. The heart rate still wanders, but it's much quicker at finding your actual pulse during rest between lifts, high intensity moves, etcetera. So far, it hasn't seemed to wander not finding the actual HR for several minutes. I have had the dreaded no--HR--at--all happen during at least one P90X type workout, but it's happening less frequently for short duration.

Energy Score, overnight HRV average, are good additions to rival competition. The AGEs Index might be useful, but doesn't provide a value or feedback. So far, it would seem it's just in line with my age on the scale, telling me I will probably die sooner than later at 50+. :-)
Battery is similar. I charge daily, but rarely drops below 50% before recharging unless I go for a long bike ride. With a lot of activity, it would not last two days. New charger is slightly faster than previous charger. We are talking a minute or two faster from my comparison, so minimal.
Not a social media person, so the smart watch part is the same as always. Very good for glancing at texts, emails, calendar reminders and can respond with short replies from watch. I haven't noticed these new AI tools with more suggestive replies. I prob don't have something configured correctly. Ref back to my age. :-)
With the Samsung trade in program, it's a no brainer to keep the newest one on your wrist!
Design and Battery are pretty much the same, so reason for not giving 5 stars for a great upgrade.

I recently upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 6 to the Galaxy Watch 7, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the improvements. The performance and battery life of the Watch 7 are significantly better than its predecessor. If you are considering an upgrade, I highly recommend it. The new features and enhancements make it well worth the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing smartwatch. The first thing I noticed was how fast the watch runs. It has been flawless in that regard. I'm coming from a Galaxy Watch 5 and this feels much faster. I love that Samsung AI is going to be giving me health advice. The energy score is so in-depth that I feel like an AI doctor has been giving me health reports. I pre-ordered the 44mm green LTE for myself and the 40mm cream Bluetooth for my wife. Everything from voice to text, calls, internet, and YouTube works simply amazingly!! Oh, and the free extra band for pre-ordering is incredible. I got the athleisure band in silver and orange, and it seems like a great band for work and outdoor activities. Speaking of bands, the green one it comes with is my favorite Samsung band yet. I'm a very happy Samsung customer. I use my Watch 7 with an Ultra 24 and Buds 2 Pro.

Terrible battery life on 40mm.

40mm battery life is disgusting. 8 hours with power saving on is a joke. How on earth can you with a straight face, tell customers this thing will last 60 hours on batter saver when it can't last the night? We also ordered a 44mm and it's been great. Avoid the 40mm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
