Awful battery life and battery drain. Cool watch but might as well be a paper weight with the poor battery life. I can not make it through an 8 hour work day without it dying and if you leave it off the charger over night it loses 40% battery. I came from a watch 4 where you never had to worry about charging for at least 24 hours so this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Watch won't hold a charge and battery died midday.

Watch loses charge and dies after 7 hours. I use it for step counting and have to charge it midday to be able to continue capturing steps. My daughter received same watch and hers is fine. I just received a lemon.

I can not carge it from my phone like my old one (3),also the battery go down faster than the other one, last the screen easy to break the old one (3 watch) has the protection around it so it did not break even after all this years of heavy work.

The Galaxy watch 7 goes above and beyond that the Galaxy watch 6 did. Heart rate is more consistent and accurate and so is the step tracker. The new band style on the Galaxy watch 7 is far more comfortable and stable than the band on the Galaxy watch 6.
