Its every easy to set up and access many feature of your phone on the watch. I would highly recommend getting one/ upgrading to this model.

This product has all the right features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch to keep me connected with family throughout my busy day. I rarely have my phone next to me for notifications, having my watch keeps me on top of things.
I also walk a lot during the day to keep my blood pumping and bike few days out of the week. My watch keeps my health front and center so I don't miss a thing.
I'm still getting used to the idea of AI, but it sure helps using it while I'm riding, keeping my hands on my handle bars where they're belong

Watch for 12 yr old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this watch for 12 yr old to be able to contact me when he's away from me. It serves it's basic purpose, but doesn't hold the charge for the entire day. It also randomly disconnects from my phone for no reason, so im always gaving to check to make sure we are connected on the Wearable app. It also won't download Google pay or Samsung wallet apps to be able to purchase food or items he may need.

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. The Galaxy Watch7 features NFC which allows you to communicate with another device without connecting to a network. You can easily make payments and buy tickets for transportation or events after downloading and configuring the required apps.
