An indispensable companion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gifted myself a Galaxy Watch 7 for my birthday March this year and since then it has turned out to be an indispensable companion with it's feature rich design. I use it for my sleep, wellness and exercise regime. It's also a great tool for me at work since it's practically a smartphone on my wrist. I got the LTE version which gives me a chance to add another phone line and ensures that I don't need to have my smartphone with me at all times to make and receive my calls or to send and receive my messages. I also have the unlocked version which means I can use any line from any network. I have enjoyed using and still continue to enjoy my Galazy Watch7 companion.

It’s stylish, lightweight, and incredibly accurate when it comes to health and fitness tracking. I use it to monitor my workouts, heart rate, sleep patterns, and even stress levels—and I’ve noticed a real improvement in how I manage my day.
The best part? The integration of Galaxy AI. It gives personalized health insights, recommends changes based on my trends, and even adjusts goals based on my activity history. Galaxy AI also makes voice commands smarter—I can send messages, set reminders, or check my schedule hands-free, which is super convenient when I’m on the move.
Battery life has been excellent—I get about two full days with typical use, and the fast charging is a game changer. The screen is sharp and easy to read outdoors, and the new sensors seem more accurate than previous models, especially during workouts.

Keeps a Charge for 2 to 3 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is a little large for a female however if you have bad eyes it's great to be able to see it. It has excellent Health tracking apps. You can drag your blood pressure heart rate blood oxygen level during sleep it'll even tell you if you're snoring along with your phone. I have sleep apnea and my phone vibrated and woke me up twice. Also great for keeping track of your steps.

I wish they would update the watch to be able to use new features. Instead of making you buy a new watch. I just got this one and it already obsolete.
So, my advice buy the lastest watch. Because they don't update the watch for new features. Sad.
