Got a lemon

Started out loving the watch. I got a lemon and Samsung won't replace. 6 months old, had to reset it completely twice. Now won't hold a charge. They want me to send it in so they can repair it. So I have no watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. If your Galaxy Watch7 will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Disappointing Color Options

I pre-ordered this product with mixed feelings, and unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed when I finally received it. The only reason I opted for this particular watch was that it was the only option available at the time. However, the color I received is not what I would have chosen if given other options.
While the product itself is decent, the color is a letdown and it doesn't fit my personal style or preferences. I wish the company had offered more color options.

The Best Yet

I've had Samsung smartwatches since the oblong one, and this is definitely the best. 2 days after I got it I had a bad fall; it notified my emergency contacts, saying I had had a fall and was unresponsive ... actually the reason for that is I couldn't see what the watch was telling me what to do. However, it called 911 and I got the help I needed ..... resulting in an ambulance ride and 9 staples in my scalp! It also has better responsiveness than any previous model.

This Athlesiure band is terrible like wearing a mouse trap on wrist. The band is painful with metal pieces sticking into wrist that make Watch 7 unwearable.

Horrible sleep tracker

HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

This is the worst watch yet. I started with Samsung's watch 3 and upgraded to every one since. This watch 7 is by far the worst watch. The battery is horrible and won't even last a sleep cycling of 8 hours which is kinda laughable since they are supposed to track your sleeping habits through the night. It won't even last through the night. You can try to go through all the settings and make it save power but nothing helps not even power saving mode. I think that drains the battery even more! I wish I would have just stuck with the watch 6.

If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. It's also important to update the software on your watch. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablet - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs.
