Generally a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung watch, and I still love the watch. The seamless actions across apps and my Samsung phone are fantastic features. For the last two months my watch has randomly required a forced reset several times. I am able to restore my data, but I wonder if this is a defect, or is there a setting I'm unaware that I haven't set correctly. I do love the versatility of the watch, and the health monitoring features that I use every day. I am a loyal Samsung customer, and love all of my Samsung products.

My Galaxy 7 watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my watch about 2 weeks ago. Maybe a week before that I was having heart palpitations. So the first feature I enjoyed using was the EKG. Actually seeing my heart rhythm makes me feel better. I am a nurse so this feature is important to me. The second feature I think is important is the watch detecting a hard fall. This safety feature also brings comfort. Being able to dial SOS is also another safety feature I find important. I really like the Bixby! It is very helpful in finding my phone and making a quick call if I am not near my phone. Bixby also let's me check my heart rate. So I put Bixby on the watch face to get to him (my assistant) quickly. Because I enjoy walking i am very thankful for the health app and my watch keeping up with my steps. I was not to keen on getting a smart watch but I am now truly thankful I did just because of the safety features and Bixby.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It helps to stay connected when your hands aren't free or your phone isn't on you. You don't have to hurry to answer your phone. If mobility is an issue having access to help on makes a world of difference. I like how you can customize the look and set it up how you want it. The phone feature is clear and coming from someone with mild to moderate hearing loss that is very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best watch I've owned. Lots of great features, too numerous to mention, but my favorite is how well the watch answers calls. Also,the health app is great for me keeping track of medicine. I'm always busy and tend to forget.
Anyway, the battery life is about 30 hours with moderate use. Expect less when setting it up.

I love the Galaxy Watch 7 because it has sleep apn
