This Athlesiure band is terrible like wearing a mouse trap on wrist. The band is painful with metal pieces sticking into wrist that make Watch 7 unwearable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The AI sleep tracking feature can detect sleep apnea providing you with your own sleep study from the comfort of your bed.
