Really though this watch is cool it tracks my sleep patterns which is why I got it and it has a sleep coach setting for tips and help on bettering your sleep. It shows everything from consistency to helping track sleep apnea. Helps me track my steps and also let's me know when my body's internal battery needs rest. I like it

Love the Galaxy Watch 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, it keeps track of my steps, keeps me connected to my phone without having to open the phone up, tracks my heart rate and oxygen levels at night. The watch face I use also gives me short term weather forcast and borameter updates!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time owner of a watch. So many amazing features available. I wear my watch 24/7, as much a I can in between battery charges. I absolutely love how it tracks my fitness activity. I use my watch on a daily basis. I always check and monitor my sleep schedule as well. I constantly measure my heart rate, I have a family history of heart problems so this feature comes in handy. Oh and the stress management feature is great! Love the notifications. Just impressed and amazed with the technology that this watch is capable of. It's really neat to customize to add my own personalized watch face photo. Absolutely blown away!
