It shows your stages of sleep and gives you an energy score and keeps track of all of your movement throughout the day. It's literally changed my life for the better. Before this watch I wasn't getting the proper sleep, now that I have it I'm way more aware of my health and I take the proper steps to keep improving everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my Galaxy watch 4 for the series 7 and was a great decision. The screen look much better, more responsive. The sleep tracking works awesome. Probably the only downside in this and all the smartwatch brands is when you have tattoo around your wrist is a little bit hard for the sensors read your heart rhythm or your oxygen levels.

The ecg app and more are game changers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the galaxy watch 7 is a game changer, It is comfortable and you can't feel it on the wrist. The ecg and age lab app come in handy as far as general health goes and the color option of the watch is solid only flaw would be battery life but that is expected.
