It's cool but I've had it for only a few days and it's dying in a couple hours. Samsung sends me 600 pages of information instead of actually trying to help. Do not recommend. I traded in my old watch so I guess this is my life now. Don't buy unless you have a battery in your arm

I wasn't seriously considering the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 until I saw an article about Samsung offering trade in values for older watches towards the Galaxy Watch 7. After finding I would get full value for my Galaxy Wach 4 (minus sales tax) I purchased the watch 7. I have been very impressed by the upgrade in performance as well as added features compared to the watch 4. I get 24 hours of battery life per charge and have been very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great. Like the sleep features, but the battery life is atrocious. Can't work 2 shifts without having to charge it between. If you charge it while you sleep, what's the point of having the sleep features. Def regret it. Should have got the ultra
