[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is pretty much the same as the previous Galaxy Watch 6, just faster and less glitchy, which makes for a smoother experience overall. Also, the sleep tracking seems to be improved.

Huge upgrade

I love the new sleep tracking feature that shows all my habits. Galaxy AI is great on my watch. I would recommend this new series to anyone looking to upgrade.

This Watch is a Great Upgrade

I love the sleep monitoring! The heart rate measurement seems to be more accurate. The message summaries are very helpful. The crystal clear display seems to be easier to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade my Galaxy watch 4 to the 7. I like it so far. I like the updated health metrics this watch is able to give me now. That was one of the main reasons I upgraded was to get more information about my sleep and recovery. The battery life has been fine, similar to the 4 so not annoyed for it to be charged every day and half.
