Do not swim with the watch

They are not going to cover water damage even under warranty. Swam with it maybe 20 times in a 4 ft private pool and they say it's not covered. Do not get any watch from them if you plan on swimming

Hey there Joey, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We value your candor as we improve the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which can be added to eligible devices. It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. Feel free to check out, "Use Water lock mode to swim with your Samsung smart watch" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Let us know if you would like to share additional feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Extraordinary Watch, beautiful look, I really enjoyed it, in fact I returned it to order a Whatch 8 but I honestly like it better on the 7th... the only detail is the load of its stack, but I really like it.
I’ve been really impressed with the Galaxy Watch 7 – sleek design, smooth performance, and overall it feels like a premium smartwatch. I was genuinely excited for the Watch 8, but honestly, the design is a big letdown. It doesn’t have the same clean and stylish look that makes the 7 so appealing. I really wanted to upgrade, but the 8’s design just feels off and disappointing. For now, I’ll stick with the Watch 7 because it simply looks and feels better.
Very disappointed in the EKG function. More often than not it will say "Inconclusive " or worse tell me I'm in Afib when my Kardia device says normal sinus with pvc's. It could be really frightening for someone with an afib reading and not knowing it's not accurate. For the price I was hoping for better.

Good day Sipde, Thanks for taking the opportunity to review your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Your feedback allows us to remain committed to constant innovation as we strive to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Poor fit, movement, and skin contact issues can cause your Galaxy Watch7 to have inconsistent ECG readings. Please wear your Galaxy watch snugly but not too tightly, sit in a comfortable position, and keep your watch and your wrist clean and dry to ensure more accurate ECG readings. The Galaxy Watch7 is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes, not for diagnosing or treating medical conditions. Please feel free to review the resources provided below to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance afterward, do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch has been a great upgrade from my previous Active2 series watch. Battery life seems to be a bit better and there's a lot more functions. With the addition of Galaxy AI in the system it notices changes in my activities, like if I start swimming.
I purchased my watch for the features. However I am unable to use all the features of my choice at all times. The battery DIES within 24 hours of usage. Samsungs resolution to this issue is for the customer NOT to use all features all the time. It's very frustrating because that is the reason I purchased the watch to USE ALL of the FEATURES. The other issue I have is the accuracy of steps and pulse. Sometimes the inaccurate information won't update until the next day or after hard reset or update. I am using the tracking to have real time info. I want so bad to LOVE my watch not just tolerate it since I've spent my money on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Salutations Mickey, Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few instances may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage.
