My first watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first phone watch ever and so far I'm enjoying the features. I'm still working on trying to figure out all the bells and whistles but slowly but surely will get there. My spouse bought one to track his health and saw that worked so well I'd like to try it too. Most things are pretty easy to figure out though I'm still trying to figure out the sleep apnea feature guess I need to do more research as I haven't quite figured that out yet. Haven't did much with the AI feature yet because the watch seems to be running through the battery charge really fast so gotta figure out what I'm doing wrong. Another reason for getting this watch was to have easy access to messages just being able to look on my arm verses constantly getting my phone out to check, so for me this is a big plus. Anyway so far all is good and eventually I'll get it all figured out. Great product love it.

No watch band, disappointing battery life

Waited a month and the watch came without a band. Battery life is disappointing, charging is slow too.

The Galaxy Watch7's 3 available bands include a one-click button design that lets you change out the watch bands whenever you like. You can push the button to connect a band, and then push the button again to release the band. We see that you may be experiencing a shortened battery life. We recommend checking to make sure your watch's software is up to date with the latest version. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. We would like to gather more information about your watch band. New features you'll like, some you won't

I bought this watch in cream, which is really silver, to upgrade from the watch 5. Overall, I like the new features. 2 downsides and why I only gave it 4 stars, one you cannot charge this edition on the back of your phone due to the way the sensors are now and the back is a little more rounded, number 2 I am having trouble getting my YouTube music, which I pay for, to play on watch, it seems to only play from Spotify app.
I would recommend this to a friend!
