[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the watch as a fitness tracker and health monitor primarily. It is excellent for both of these tasks. The heart rate monitor and integration with Samsung health is awesome. I like the overall design of the watch as well. The only negative would be the battery life but I have learned to work around that after owning it for some time now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know what i would do without samsung. Every thing in my house is literally samsung. I love them couldn't live without them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many great features and applications. The screen is very durable and resistant to scratches. The display is vibrant and the software very responsive. I wish there were more apps for the watch and battery life was better.
It pains me to write a poor review, as I've owned Samsung phones, watches, and tablets for over a decade at this point. I almost went one star, but I do like the screen, processor speed, and phone integration of this device, as I have my previous Samsung watches (going back to the Gear series).
Unfortunately, the battery life and warranty service have been so poor, the things I like are almost irrelevant. I noticed after less than a year of ownership that the batter could not even get me through a full day (charged to 100% in the morning). Forget doing any kind of sleep tracking, I couldn't even get through a normal day with a fairly normal workout and walking. This was obviously an unacceptable status. After jumping all the hoops Samsung requires, I was able to send it in for warranty repair. I got it back 2 weeks later, but can't tell you if the battery got any better, because when it came back, suddenly the HR sensor didn't work. Cue all the at home hoops again, and back to Samsung for warranty repair. I've now been without a functioning watch for almost two months, and it is still at the factory.
Based on this experience, I will probably switch to a Garmin. Even if the repair folks are eventually able to fix it, I don't know that I will trust it again. For what these things cost, they should work as designed for more than a year. And being without your device for over a month is unacceptable "service."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Howdy Sad, Thanks for taking the time out of your hectic day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your feedback as we strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market for our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. We also offer Samsung Care+ which can be added to eligible devices. It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. If you're experiencing less than optimal battery life, please take a moment to review, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors may be impacting the life of your device. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this watch is great except for the apparent hang up with getting blood pressure monitoring approved for use.
