It took me forever to switch to a smart watch. Im certainly glad i did. It is so helpful. Super simple to operate. Only thing i would suggest is make one with the face just a bit smaller maybe 40mm. I am a very petite female and the bezel goes from wrist bone to wrist bone and gets uncomfortable at times.
