They keep falling out and settings different from my last pair of buds which Samsung no longer sell but found out my cell carrier still had them but I already purchased these.

I bought this in June 2024 but now I'm regretting on my decision of purchasing this. While on call or video call it suddenly gets disconnected and then connected so it is disturbing in the middle of the call. Also it gets loosen after sometime and falls off the ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound, poor fit. Always fall out, never stay in place unless I am sitting still. Even walking or mowing the lawn they dont stay in place. A redesign with an over-the-ear bar is needed
