Great Ear Buds

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2, and while there are a lot of things I like about them, there's one significant issue that has affected my overall experience: they tend to fall out of my ears.
What I Liked:
The sound quality of the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 is fantastic. The audio is crisp, with a nice balance between bass and treble, making music, podcasts, and calls sound great. The active noise cancellation (ANC) works really well, effectively blocking out background noise and letting me focus on what I'm listening to. I also appreciate the sleek design and the fact that they are water-resistant, which makes them ideal for workouts and outdoor use.
The Downside:
Unfortunately, I’ve had a persistent problem with these earbuds falling out of my ears. Despite trying all the different ear tip sizes included, I just can’t seem to get a secure fit. This has been especially frustrating during workouts or even just walking around. They might work better for someone with a different ear shape, but for me, this has been a significant issue.
Overall:
While the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 offer great sound and advanced features, the fit has been a real challenge for me. If you’re someone who’s had issues with earbuds staying in place before, you might want to try these out in person before purchasing. For those who can get a good fit, these could be an excellent pair of wireless earbuds.

Earbud volume is too quiet

I bought the Buds2 Pro a year ago, and while the sound quality was great initially, the experience has been disappointing over time. After a couple of months, the left earbud started losing volume, even at max settings. Eventually, I lost the right earbud, leaving me with the left one, which has become so quiet that even the 'find my earbud' feature is barely audible. I've tried cleaning them and adjusting all volume settings on my device, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I can't adjust the volume via the Wearables app or touch controls without the right earbud. My main complaint is that the left earbud is now far too quiet to be usable. I’m not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

Powerful and Cumbersome

I have been a fan of Galaxy Buds since the first edition. This version has a better battery life but the removal of the flat touch surface was a big mistake. Trying to adjust the position of these or eating something that requires a lot if chewing will result in the sensors getting bumped. Very flawed design. Go back to the old style if you can.

Don't buy

Worthless piece of junk. Volume fell to about 1/3 in the right bud after 6 months of use. Would not stay linked together while in use, one side would constantly disconnect. ANC feature did not block out much ambient noise. Will never buy another Samsung ear bud again.

I bought the graphite pro2's when they first came out so about 2 years ago. I love them and I will gladly buy another pair of this model earbuds. The sound quality has been amazing for the last two years. This has been your best design to date in my opinion and I tried those horrible pro3's and sent them right back. I'm going to buy another pair of the pro2's because this design is so much more superior than the newest pro3 design.
I would recommend this to a friend!
