Battery life is maybeb5 hrs, not the 8 as per item detail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The noise cancelling is top notch, and I like the conversation detection and ambient sound amplification. These really have an incredible sound as well.
It takes some time to learn all the controls, but its well worth it to take advantage of all the functions.
I definitely think these beat the Buds v1 and I prefer them to the Buds3 with the stick. I'll be holding on to these for awhile!
