Says noise control/ambient noise is blocked but even in the highest volume in that setting do you still heat everything around you. Shouldn't even be a feature if it doesn't work properly

Soooo disappointed, they Did Not come with any different size ear pieces.
Having smaller ear drums, these won't stay in. So they are going to be useless.

This device does come with additional ear tips in a smaller and larger size. It should have been located in a small cardboard box along with the charging cable in your original packaging.
