Nice sound quality but, they have to be charged frequently throughout the day and they do not stay in my ear. I have to keep readjusting for them to stay in because they keep falling out. They need something to lock them in place without irritating the ear.

We also recommend performing a fit test while wearing the earbuds and connected to the Samsung Wearables App. For the battery of your device we have provided an article to troubleshoot this at your convenience. We also will say that using the Ambient Sound setting will allow you to listen longer than using the Active Noise Canceling setting. Excellent experience, but I lost it on the airport....I was go to Punta Cana....so I come back that time I did lost it on the Orlando airport....so how can u help me....????
