I received these as a gift I asked for. What I didn't realize is the changed the shape from the original regular galaxsy buds. These are very uncomfortable and always fall out. Sound is still good, the style with the new shape is kind of weird too. Less sleek.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a device that you enjoy listening to but the fit may not be ideal for prolonged listening or active usage. If you haven't done so already, this device does come with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size in a small cardboard box in the original package. updates ruined sound

Bought these and have worked great, sound amazing, until an update a couple days ago. They lost all bass and actually just your ears to use now.

In the Samsung Wearables App if you haven't done so already, under the settings in the equalizer section, you can adjust the sound profile to enhance the bass, as this setting may have gotten adjusted by accident during the update. Do not stay in ear, and no extra add ons to help s

I bought my buds months ago. The sound and features are great, but they keep falling out of my ears so easily. It doesn't matter how good they sound when you can't keep them in your ear.

Always falling out

Nothing will keep these in my ears. The sound is nice, but not noticably better than my last pair. Please create an add-on silicon wingtip or change the design!

Perfect Buds Exist

I bought this less than a week ago but I am in love. At first I was a bit reluctant to the change but they fit amazingly well and the sound is out of this world. When I am walking in the noisy streets of the city or sitting in a noisy restaurant the person on the other side does not here the noise and chatter going on around me. The noise cancellation for me is also incredible. The FE version is good but this pro version is worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed with these earbuds. I have problems with both buds. The left earbud constantly loses volume control and I it goes to less then half volume. And the right earbud is not as clear. I have thoroughly cleaned them and reset them multiple times. For the price I paid I expected more.

After about 2 hrs of non stop listening they're dead but besides that no complaints at all
