There are three sizes of rubber tips . I have tried all three of them. And none of them keep the buds from falling out of my ear.

So disappointed lost the case no way go track it!

I've been using samsung buds now for 2 years. I've had 4 pairs.... I had the case on my desk and my 2 year old had gotten ahold of them. Now I have no way to track the case... very disappointing that Samsung will let you track the buds but not the case. Just IMO I think that was an extreamly poor decision on Samsungs part. But at the same time they know they are small and can be lost and they wanna make money on ppl losing them.. so disappointing I'm a father of 3 with a dead end job like I don't have the money to drop 170 to 240 every time I lose them!!!!!! I literally have to use these every single day now a week before Xmas I gotta try to scrounge up money to replace something that's expensive like times are hard enough. #SamsungWhatAreYouThinking?

Can't find the right fit!

Got these with my new phone. The sound is fine but the fit really bites. They provide 3 different sizes of ear plugs and NONE of them provide a fit that the earbuds themselves consider a 'good fit.' I'm using the one that got the best feedback from their app (good fit/connection) but theyt still keep falling out of my ears. My older ones without the stem fit much better.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Generally speaking, if your Galaxy Buds2 Pro don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. The proximity sensor will automatically detect that you are wearing the earbuds when you put them on. Once this happens, they will turn on and emit a beep. If the proximity sensor does not make contact with your ear, the earbud may not work. Take a look at, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" when you have some free time for more great information pertaining to reaching the perfect fit for your Galaxy Buds2 Pro, linked below. Not worth the price tbh.

After having these ear buds for a month and a half, I can say, these ear buds are not worth the price tag on them. Even having bought these ear buds on sale, I feel like these aren't worth the price. Sound quality is great. But the noise canceling and ambient sound just, aren't good enough to justify the price I'm my opinion. Sound cacelling just, isn't good enough. It doesn't perform like "active" noise canceling, it doesn't perform like that. It feels like it cancels out a low level of sound but anything above that threshold, gets in. If anything is active, it's ambient sound. You have hear it react to loud noises dampening them. The only problem I have with ambient sound is it also drowns out voices. Even on extra loud ambient sound. It sucks tho because, for the price, I really expected more out of these ear buds. Especially when there are cheaper ear buds out on the market, with performance on par or exceeding the galaxy buds 2 pro. Shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love them but right earbud is giving out

love these earbuds, I have used them almost everyday since I got them a little over a year ago. it's just now the right earbud is giving out its not as loud as it used to be even after cleaning and it also just started rattling when I'm listening to music.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Sound, Poor Fit

I have a pair of Galaxy Buds+ I've been using for several years now. I bought the Buds Pro 2 wanting to upgrade. They sound amazing but unfortunately they do not fit in my ears. No matter what size of ear tip I try or what angle I insert them, I can't get a seal that blocks out noise. Even with the ANC on sound still comes through due to the fit. They do not appear to extend into the ear canal as much as my Buds+ and I think that's the issue. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for them and they sound great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound quality, but spring loaded case

A great step up from the original Galaxy buds. I love the better sound quality and adaptive noise cancelling.
Knocking a star off for 2 reasons:
1. If you drop the case from waist-height onto the floor, the case bursts open with zero resistance, and sends the buds flying as far as it can possibly manage to fling them.
2. For some reason, these buds take a little longer to wake up from sleep and connect to my phone than the original Galaxy Buds did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
