Great sound but ...

Great sound but ...
- Earbuds often fall out when exercising (Google that issue) - even after trying all supplied tips.
- After 7 months of use, Noise Cancellation broken - the Earbud Fit Test says left earbud 'Not in Ear' (Google that one, too ... cleaning and reset don't work and earbuds will have to be returned).

Bad update

Inferior successor to the Galaxy Buds Pro. For some reason, Samsung found it necessary to downsize the original Buds Pro (well, I mean you have to change something don't you), so as a result, the foam tips no longer stay attached to the bud and they fall out of your ear. So for example just talking to someone in the gym the bud falls out of my ear and they met their final demise when the bud fell into the commode never to be seen again, tip still in my ear thank goodness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound is good. Wouldn't be even better if the ear tips could stay inside my ear. They just keep falling off.

The best Buds yet.

I bought these 3 months ago to replace my Galaxy Buds. The sound is much, much better. The adaptive noise cancelling is phenomenal. I don't hear ANYTHING when it is activated. And I also love how my voice will deactivate the noise cancelling so I don't end up yelling, then the noise cancelling re-activate when my voice stops. These buds are worth every penny, and I got a trade in for my old ones too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Constantly Falling out

I've had the Galaxy Buds2 Pro under a year. The features & Sound Quality is Terrific, but they are constantly falling out of my ears. I have tried all of the plugs that come with them and the same thing happens. I could be sat down in a chair talking, or walking & talking on the phone, and they NEVER stay in my ears for longer than a few minutes.
If they didn't fall out all the time I'd give them a 5, but if they're always falling out, obviously they lose the other Stars

the earphones sound very good but the edge of the inner speaker is sharp, it causes pain and damage, it is unbearable to use them especially if you lie on the pillow, the battery lasts 5-6 hours maximum, not like my old headphones that lasted a whole the night, this is my second review, after it was mandatory to put the email to be able to publish it, samsung said that it could not be published because it had personal data, very bad for samsung that it had given it a 3 this will be 1 star
