Wireless Charging Stops

I was really loving the buds until two weeks later when the wireless charging stop working and support was not able to help me. And they wanted me to buy another set. Not what I want to do when I spend a lot of money on a pair of ear buds.

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. If the charging case or earbud(s) is damaged, you must purchase a new pair of earbuds. You can also purchase a new USB cable or wall adapter if the items are damaged. Check out the article I have linked below titled, "Samsung earbuds do not turn on or charge" for some helpful troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve what you are experiencing. A step backwards

Bad fit, if you're working out or in some kind of construction job these constany need to be adjusted, always falling out, guides don't help, Bluetooth is choppy, music cuts in and out periodically, never had that issue with previous version, if I answer a phone call through my watch sound won't go through my buds it'll go through my watch which I never had an issue with with the original buds pro, sound always went to my headphones even if I answered through my phone or my watch, you can't have just one headphone in for the ambient sound to work you have to have both, which is dumb since the original could do it, music does sound better, but every other feature took a step backwards, definitely not worth the orice
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. We also offer the Comply Tips Designed for Galaxy Buds2 Pro. These foam tips easily attach to the device and feature a comfortable, custom in-ear fit. Fun fact, these tips were designed to fit in the charging case while charging. If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro disconnect from your phone often, it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly. Samsung galaxy buds 2pro

I went into the store to find a set of good buds and when I heard the Samsung galaxy buds 2pro they blew me away the sound was so good 👍and I have the best bows and beats and the Samsung galaxy buds 2pro sounds better,you will not be disappointed with this pair.

I bought these a month ago and just missed the deadline for returning them. The sound is good but that's overshadowed by the poor fit and poor battery life. I liked my other pair. It's a wonder I haven't lost them; they constantly fall out of my ears.

Would not recommend these

The sound quality is good on these when you're listening to music and the noise canceling is pretty good. However I would not recommend this product. The reason being, the microphone is terrible at picking up your voice on a phone call so you have to shout. And most importantly, in order to figure out how to use these you have to read a 54-page getting started manual. Took me about 45 minutes to get through the whole thing. Unfortunately because the way the manuals laid out, you have to read the whole thing in order to know how to use your buds. I wish Samsung had an appreciation for conciseness and ease of use. These are headphones, it shouldn't take an hour to learn how to use them. If so they've been over engineered. And this is coming from an engineer. The only reason I bought these is cuz my phone no longer has a headphone jack. So like I imagine most people, I just needed a way to listen to my phone through headphones. Didn't want to make this science project. I'm very tech savvy but there's nothing intuitive about the operation of these headphones. You actually do have to read 54 pages in order to understand how to to do the basic stuff, like connect them, listen to music, and make phone calls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent earbuds for music listening

I brought these about eight months ago excellent sound,noise canceling, and connectivity. Only negative is they tend to fall out my ears even though I've tried several different ear tips. I strongly suggest Samsung consider going back to the wing tip design which would make these earbuds a game changer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A swing and a miss.

I bought these two months ago and was looking forward to them since I loved my Galaxy Buds+(vest BT headphones i ever had) but hate them since the ambient sound only works when you have both ear buds in. 1/10. Would not buy again and will advise people to steer clear of these.
