Best Overall Earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The active noise canceling works well, the earbuds are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and the sound quality for calls and audio listening is clear. Battery life seems strong, and I haven't personally had any issues with my pair.

GREAT for music while being able to communicate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But, if you decide to start singin to the music, that active noise cancelling kicks in and lowers the sound on you. Also, the microphone did not shut out the background noise of my scooter and the other callers said that they couldnt hear my voice that well while riding and making a call. Also, the buds seemed to draw in a lot of wind noise to my ear. They funneld that air right to my ear drum. I LOVED THAT THEY COULD BE TRACKED ON MY PHONE IF LOST.

In terms of the singing turning down the volume, this is a feature that allows you to not have to pause your music or remove to your buds if you are then going to have a conversation, this feature can be turned off inside the Samsung Wearables app so you can sing without any interruption to your sound quality and volume. As for the air funneling in to your ear you can also use the included silicone tips to adjust the fit and create a tighter fit inside your ear. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. –Elizabeth

Super versatile and a better fit & sound

I have had these Buds Pro2 earbuds for just over a month now, having upgrading from the Buds Pro. The sound difference is noticeable, having bumped up a notch from the originals. I bought the graphite color, and it is a matte finish. I prefer that to the gloss black that I had on the originals. These new Buds Pro2 are more comfortable, though I still cannot wear them all day. But the battery does last long enough if I wanted to, I’m sure. I need to go back and check if the weight was actually reduced. The sound suppression is slightly better as well, although that could actually come from the better fit. I am very glad that I upgraded to these Buds2 Pro!

Defective Cash, Buds are Okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First buds pro I picked up, the case would not wireless charge, had to return defective. Second buds pro I picked up, the case charges briefly but haven't confirmed if it'll do a full charge from 0. Many complaints on forums about the charging case not wireless charging. Other than that the buds itself is fine.
