They don't last long

I've had galaxy buds twice and the sound quality is fantastic. Unfortunately one ear bud or both have gone out both times within a few months due to not being able to charge or keep a charge. I've tried all the tips and tricks. It's probably best to not waste your money unless you get a warranty

Don't use these for exercise or running

Don't use these for exercise or running. Despite Samsung advertising these as suitable for exercising, they fall out even with minimal movement and sweat. That is with the largest ear buds in too. You're better off going for another brand if you need earphones for exercise.

Best earbuds - Wired or wireless.

bluetooth headphones have not been my favorite because of the muddled sound that can't be fixed in even the highest end headphones. bluetooth isn't capable of carrying full hifi sound. well, now, with these buds though, they finally can! they sounds incredible. to be able to listen to my favorite music and hear and feel the music so deeply that it gets emotional at times is brilliant. this is how music of all types is meant to be heard. i really like their fit too. very comfortable. great job samsung!! i've already recommended them!

Ear infection

i liked how the new buds 2 pro sounded but after only wearing them for a shorts time my ears started to itch the after a while after that i started noticing fluid coming out my ears. i stopped wearing them and the infection went away and then i thought i would try them again and again another ear infection

disappointing

These are the third pair that I have returned, it always happens that suddenly one of the two (right or left) begins to be heard very low and with noise until days later the other begins with the same problem, as I said before this is the third time that happens to me, so I don't want them anymore, i don't recommend them at all, and one more thing, at least for me they are quite uncomfortable to the point that my ears hurt

Worst pair yet. They fall out all the time. If there is the slightest amount of wind you can't here anything. Noise canceling is poor. I would be much happier with my old ones back that I traded in.

horrible fit without wing tip

they do not stay in my ear at all always falling out to the point where i am returning them. even tried the larger bud size that helped a little but not enough.
