I'd like a full refund please

I bought four of light strings. Two have already had to be replaced. I just received one of the replacement strands, plugged it in, went through the setup, and three pucks turned on and I have no control over them. Manually pressing the button on the control box to turn them off doesn't turn the off either. I have another strand where one of the pucks is starting to flicker. I don't know if the manufacturing is poor or if these are not actually IP67. But I have four strands that I would like to get a refund for please.

Great Lights

I purchased these to replace my old pathway lights and because I have other outdoor lights by Govee. They are perfect for illuminating my walkway, can be dimmed so they aren't so bright and work great with my other Govee products!

These lights are bright and cast a very impressive radius of light. They are easy to set up and like other Govee products, they have numerous patters to choose from. Well worth getting to decorate your yard projects.

The position of the power supply splitting the lights in 2 was the wrong call. If i knew prior to buying them, i wouldn't have spend the money.

Most grounds lights are dim and subdued - you can make these super bright and any color to match any holiday/season. Great buy!
