The lights are coming on 4 to 6 seconds after we hit the switch.

I put the 4 inch recess lights in 3 bedrooms and 6 inch recess lights in 1 bedroom.
The lights are coming on 4 to 6 seconds after we hit the switch, which is totally not acceptable. Please let me know if there is a way to mitigate this. I asked the electrician if there is anything that can be done, he rechecked the wiring and said there is nothing wrong with the wiring and the issue is with the smart lights.
I spend the whole day yesterday on trying to fix this but was unsuccessful.
Can you please reply if there is any solution to this.

App is complex, needs more HomeKit support

Installed my first set of lights, and they worked easily and reliably and easily paired with my Internet. I was disappointed to learn I can't use a dimmer switch.
It took a long time to set up groups to control the lights in a variety of ways. I eventually was able to get, the lights to work with Siri, but it was difficult and HomeKit integration would be a huge advancement.
When I bought these lights, I knew they didn't have HomeKit integration, but they were recommended by family as very reliable. So far so good on the reliability, but the app complexity is not for the faint of heart. The person in the family, I'm afraid I'm the only one who is going to have the ability to manage the lights.
