Large and Beautiful TV - LG C5 83"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from an older LG OLED C7 55", I honestly didn't expect a huge difference. But once it was delivered and I started it up, I was very pleasantly surprised at the massive difference it made. I'm loving the huge screen and the great picture quality. I'm also very happy with the updated software and remote!

Excellent TV with great blacks and superb design

The screen is full of rich color, movies and games have that extra bit of pop. And of course, it delivers those classic OLED deep blacks which are clean and free of any black-spot weirdness. C5 is a fantastic choice if you want a TV that looks great, performs even better, and feels like an upgrade the moment you turn it on.

The 77-inch size provides unparalleled cinematic immersion.
However, prospective buyers focused on film and media libraries should note one crucial detail: the C5 series does not support native DTS audio decoding. This requires the use of an external receiver or soundbar for media that relies on DTS soundtracks. Additionally, like any top-tier display, a careful check of panel uniformity upon setup is recommended to ensure optimal performance. Amazing Picture at an Amazing Price!

The OLED picture is incredible coming from an older QLED style TV. 77 is the perfect size for a living room with high ceilings, without looking small in the room or overbearing on the wall. Setup was super quick and easy. No color tweaking required, looks great out of the box in Cinema dolby vision mode. Sound is good for a TV but nobody uses built in sound anymore.

Cant beat LG oled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG is the pacesetter for oled TVs and the massive 83 inch oled C5 doesnt dissapoint. Blackest blacks. Moderate refresh rate makes movies, sports, and the casual videogames come to life. Once you go OLED you wont go back to LCD, QLED, or whatever new term they use to sugar coat it.
