I had put off buying a new TV for a long time. I hemmed and hawed over spending this much money. All the reviews I read said pretty much the same thing. “These other manufacturers TVs are good. However, if you can afford it. But it! I did and it’s an awesome TV. Absolutely love it. A crisp clear picture. No blurry sports action. Movies are phenomenal. Everything about this unit is true to its advertising. The sound is incredible too. I thought I would be purchasing a sound bar next. Instead I purchased a digital to analog converter and hooked it up to my stereo system. My only complaint would be the remote. It would be nice if it had the ability to control more than the TV and a last channel button would be nice too. I am considering picking up an after market universal remote.

Great TV still in factory sealed box!

An excellent television, as I had the 65A95K, but this is not professionally mounted yet, so still in the unopened, sealed box (posted on registration date, also as proof for Sony, whom I purchased it from this time). Huge box, photos attached. I have tried it and think it’s a gorgeous picture, and I wanted a 77” this time.

We got a Sony OLED in February 2020 -- at the start of Covid. The picture was very good, but when it was bright outside during the day, the picture was weak. If it was a night time scene, we just recorded or delayed until the rooom was darker. Not with this Sony. Without qualification - this is the best picture. The sound is even decent without a soundbar. The latter point is good because despite a dozne calls to Sony support, they could not make their TV play nice with the Polk Soundbar. Little things like the TV would reset every time I turned it on or maybe the TV would not use the soundbar. Just trying to do to much.
